ਖਾਲਸਾ ਜੀ ਕੇ ਬੋਲਬਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਰਥਾਏ ਭਾਈ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਖਰੜਾ ੨੩ ਜੇਠ, ੫੪੭ ਨਾਨਕਸ਼ਾਹੀ (੬ ਜੂਨ, ੨੦੧੫ ਈਸਵੀ) ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਤਿਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਸਦਕਾ ਉਸ ਖਰੜੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਹਿਲੂ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਸਰਬਤ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਜੀ ਕੇ ਬੋਲਬਾਲੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਬੀਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ “ਸੰਵਾਦ” ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਟਾਂਦਰੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ (ਵਿਖਿਆਨ, ਗੋਸਟਿ, ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ) ਅਰੰਭੇ ਹਨ।
