Dr. Kanwaljit Singh, Head of Post-graduate Punjabi Department, Sri Guru Angad Dev College (Khadur Sahib) read out his paper titled: “ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਖਿਆਕਾਰੀ: ਅਜੋਕੇ ਸੰਧਰਭ” (Interpretation: Contemporary Contexts) during this seminar.
In first part of his paper he discussed the aspects and issues related to the interpretation in general.
